Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Due to hygiene reasons, opened  products cannot be returned

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it or issue a refund.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
